Butler Coordinator

The Role

As the Butler Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the Butler team, ensuring seamless communication between departments, and delivering exceptional, personalized guest experiences from pre-arrival through departure. You will play a vital role in ensuring every guest receives world-class service that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily Butler operations and allocate assignments.
  • Manage guest itineraries, special requests, celebrations, and VIP arrivals.
  • Liaise with Butler Supervisior along with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, Activities, Engineering, and Reservations to ensure flawless guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate guest preference profiles and ensure guest history is updated.
  • Monitor Butler service standards and ensure timely completion of guest requests.
  • Assist with pre-arrival planning, preference meeting, and departure arrangements.
  • Support the Butler team with training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly, professionally, and with discretion.
  • Prepare daily reports and communicate operational updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with resort standards, health & safety requirements, and company policies.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury hospitality, guest services, butler service, or front office.
  • Previous supervisory or coordination experience is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
  • Professional presentation with a warm, positive attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems is desirable.
  • Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
