We are seeking a talented, passionate, and driven Business Development Executive to support our team and to deliver world-class experience.
Reporting directly to Director of Sales, as a Business Development Executive your duties will include but not limited to the following:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities across corporate, government, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) markets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Preparing and delivering professional sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Actively representing the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Collaborating with the Sales & Marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
What we need from you
We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and friendly individual who is willing to learn and build an extraordinary career within a global company. The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking abilities with a proactive and confident approach.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.
