Credit Corporation Finance Limited is currently recruiting for the role of Business Analyst.
The Business Analyst acts as the link between the business and the technical team. The incumbent is responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements for the technical team to offer solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate business initiatives and develop efficient, cost-effective solutions alongside the business and internal/external technical staff
- Compile and accurately document complex business needs for systems design and development
- Undertake the review, analysis, and evaluation of business systems and user needs
- Proactively identify, research, and resolve system issues and suggest recommendations to management, customers, and peers
- Develop framework, documenting, and mapping existing and new processes
- Analyze the design of technical systems and business models.
- Formulate design testing strategies, create test plans, and execute testing of new systems and enhancements
- Develop support documentation and training material for the supported system
- Ensures that appropriate testing, change management, and communication are planned on new systems and enhancements with minimal rework before implementing them.
- Staying up to date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Contribute to the Company’s achievement of its transformation objectives.
- Ensure projects are undertaken according to Credit Corporation methodologies, governance and quality standards.
Key requirements:
- Degree in business administration or related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced technical skills.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
