BRANCH SUPERVISORS
Shop N Save Supermarket, a leading retail business operating supermarkets, restaurants, and bakeries across Fiji, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Branch supervisors to join our team at below locations
• Makoi, Lami & Nadi Branches

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily department activities.
• Ensure efficient and effective workflow.
• Set up and arrange product displays.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Train staff on customer service best practices.
• Schedule work shifts and manage time-off requests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor the quality and freshness of products.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Address operational issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in management or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to retail management.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.
