What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience as a Boat Captain, preferably in a resort or hospitality environment.
• Valid Boat Master License / Restricted Master Engineer Class 6.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and local maritime regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
