The Board Secretary plays a pivotal role in facilitating effective governance processes and ensuring transparent communication within the Board of Directors and its subcommittees. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities efficiently.
Role Requirements: -
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Governance or a related field.
• At least 5 years proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a government agency, public sector organization or corporate Board environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency with Board management software/tools is an advantage.
