Missions
Under the supervision of the Head Barman and the 1st Barman:
• You provide dining room service and take orders
• You guarantee customer satisfaction
• You know the menu of bars and restaurants
• You are a driving force in creating cocktails
• You organize and manage your service
• You will ensure the setup, cleaning, maintenance and storage of the bar
• You participate in invoicing and collection of consumption
• You order, receive and store drinks
• You help with the supply and storage of products and equipment
• You are responsible for customer reception and service
• You make the cocktails on the menu and offer your creations
• You make sure to create a warm atmosphere
Profile
For this position, we are looking for someone passionate about the 5* hospitality sector. With previous experience in a similar role in high-end service, you are dynamic and have strong interpersonal skills. You are familiar with all the challenges facing the Food and Beverage department and have a thorough understanding of classic cocktails and bar products.
Soft skills : responsiveness, team spirit
Skills: perfect command of English
