Join Us in Paradise — Bartender Wanted

We’re on the lookout for a talented and confident Bartender to join our team on our private island paradise. If you’ve mastered the classics, have a creative flair, and can shift from lively energy to laid-back charm to match the vibe — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Mixing and serving a variety of cocktails, wines, and premium spirits

• Creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere at the bar

• Managing bar stock, cleanliness, and presentation

• Taking and serving drink and occasional food orders

• Delivering warm, intuitive service that makes every guest feel special

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong cocktail knowledge and bar skills

• Previous experience in a high-end bar, resort, or similar environment

• Great communication and the ability to read the room

• A team player who thrives under pressure

• Reliable, respectful, and professional at all times
