We're looking for a skilled and confident bartender to join our team on our private island paradise. If you’ve got a solid grasp of the classics, a creative streak, and can shift gears from high energy to laid-back charm depending on the crowd — we’d love to hear from you.

What the role involves:

• Mixing and serving a range of cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Creating a welcoming, social atmosphere at the bar
• Stock control, cleanliness, and presentation of the bar
• Taking and serving drink and food orders when needed
• Ensuring our guests receive warm, intuitive service

Who we’re looking for:

• Someone who knows their way around a cocktail shaker
• Previous experience in a high-end bar or resort preferred
• Great communication and the ability to read the room
• A team player who can also hold their own during a rush
• Professional, reliable, and respectful

This is a live-on-island position.
