Are you looking for an exciting and rewarding career in banking? MBF Bank Tonga is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Bank Teller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and product information.
• Always maintain the confidentiality of customer information.
• Ensure the proper handling of cash and other financial transactions.

Qualifications:

• Tonga National Form Seven Certificate or equivalent.
• Certificate and Diploma in Finance or equivalent.
• Experience in banking and finance will be an advantage.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs and financial systems.
