Your Missions:

Under the supervision of the Guest Experience Maker Manager:

• You welcome guests upon arrival according to hotel standards

• You ensure the transport of guests' luggage upon arrival and departure

• You participate in customer relations and make yourself available to accompany guests in the different areas of the hotel

• You ensure the well-being of the guest throughout their stay

Profile :

For this position, we are looking for someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry.

• Successful experience in an equivalent position

• Fluent in English

• Sense of human contact and good presentation
