Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited and a recognised leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji, is seeking applications for the Automotive Mechanic position to be based at Carpenters Motors - Light Mechanical Repairs, Suva. Responsibilities:
- Perform work as outlined on the repair order.
- Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform the repair.
- Examine the vehicle to determine if additional service work is required.
- Document the work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
- Road test vehicles to check the work performed.
- Ensure that customer vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced.
Requirements:
- Form 6 pass or Trade certificate in Automotive Mechanical.
- At least 2-3 years of experience is required in a similar field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management skills are essential.
- Customer service skills.
- Valid group 2 driving license.
