Likuliku Lagoon Resort is a boutique, luxury escape for couples located in the Mamanuca group of islands, featuring 45 bures, including the first over water accomodation in Fiji, a signature restaurant, private function room, two bars, boutique, spa and gymnasium.

We are now seeking suitably qualified industry professional for the below position with outstanding knowledge and expertise in five star product delivery to join our dynamic team.

Assistant Spa Manager

The successful applicant will work closely with Spa Manager to efficiently and effectively supervise the daily operations of the Spa, to maximise revenue whilst utilising staff resources in an equitable manner and to achieve total guest satisfaction through a high degree of excellent customer service and quality Spa treatments.

Knowledge, skills and Ability:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a senior position or similar role.
• Relevant training and qualifications
• Excellent therapy skills with essential experience in manicures, pedicures, body wraps, facial and massages
• Good working knowledge of revenue targets, budgets, stock taking and inventory control
• Computer literate and knowledge of POS
• Understands the impact of department’s operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives and managing to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
• Must possess good work ethics, self-motivated, reliable, team player, friendly and outgoing personality
• Punctuality and honesty should be upheld at all times
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
