Job Summary:
Reporting to the Reservations/Revenue Manager, the Assistant Reservations Manager ensures exceptional service by providing training, support, and mentorship to the reservations team. This role is pivotal in maintaining daily operations while assisting the Reservations/Revenue Manager in achieving revenue and inventory management goals. Key responsibilities include fostering a high-performance culture, optimizing reservation processes, and driving community and sustainability initiatives.
Requirements:
• Exceptional customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess Leadership, Planning and Organisational skills
• Previous work experience in a similar role is required
• Excellent time management skills
• Sound awareness of Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures
