KEY OUTCOMES:

• Processing loan applications as per Company's Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure patrons are well received in the organization and given value for their loyalty.
• Effectively communicating with stakeholders.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer enquiries and responding promptly to customer.

MUST HAVE:

• Entry-level education from any recognized university.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Have a strong people management skill.
