Carpenters Shipping is a well-established shipping & forwarding Agency and heavy transport and logistics business. We are seeking to employ experienced and proactive individuals for the Assistant Bond Keeper position to be based in Suva.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining bond records, including issuance, redemption, and transfer of bonds.
• Prepare and review bond documentation and reports
• Process bond transactions and reconcile discrepancies
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding bond transactions
• Maintain confidentiality and security of bond-related information

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in relevant field
• Ability to work without supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
