Pepper Advantage Hub (Fiji) is seeking a talented and motivated Application Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the BAU maintenance and user support. Working closely with the Mortgage Systems Managers to deliver enhancements and new developments related to the system and following best practice whilst performing day to day maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line support for all user issues relating to the mortgage application software, escalating to the SME or developers as required.
- Managing and closing out all internal and external support ticket.
- Maintain and configure the mortgage systems in accordance with user and functional requirements. Including but not limited to maintaining base rates, setting up new products and user access maintenance.
- Work closely with the Change Team to understand requirements, and develop a deep understanding of current systems behaviour.
- Update the internal Project Management databases and any libraries pertaining to the origination system to store all documentation and ensure it accurately reflects the current state of the system.
- Build and maintain a good working relationship with the business stakeholders.
- Author well-presented client and business-facing documentation.

Candidate needs to be flexible in terms of working hours (Ideally from 8 pm to 4.30 am FJT)
Skills and experience required:
- 2+ years of experience in application support or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong TSQL experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Provide technical support for company applications, including troubleshooting issues and resolving user inquiries.
- Collaborate with developers and other IT teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
- Document support processes and procedures.
- Train end-users on application functionality and best practices.
