Airport Service Assistant - Nadi (162162)
The Airport Services Assistant will facilitate the timely check-in and on boarding of Fiji Link customers in compliance with company and regulatory requirements to achieve on-time performance.

Delivers on time performance of scheduled flights from timely facilitation of passenger services from check-in to departure ensuring this is within company and regulatory safety and security guidelines.

Updates customers of changes to flight schedules according to Fiji Link Ground Operations Manual.

Receives and accurately documents customer complaints as per company documented procedures.

Provides detailed, accurate and timely information of any customer issues when requested.

Communicates flight schedule changes to relevant stakeholders as per documented procedures.

Attends to customers affected by flight disruptions to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.

Contributes to the achievement of unit budget through collection of ancillary revenue.

Ensuring cargo/ground operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and Fiji Link standards.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Successfully completed Form 7 (Year 13) or Foundation studies.

Experience in hospitality or a customer service-related role.

Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision.

Must be self-organised and capable of working under pressure.

A good relationship builder and solution focused.

Exposure to airport operations will be an advantage.
