We are looking for a versatile Maintenance Agent to strengthen our technical team.
You will be involved in the maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of the site's infrastructure as well as new development projects.
We are looking for someone with experience in structural work (walls, partitions, light masonry, structures, etc.)
Main missions
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of installations and buildings
Carry out structural work (repairs, renovations, masonry)
Perform multi-tasks: basic electricity, plumbing, painting, carpentry
Ensure the safety and compliance of equipment and installations
Participate in the improvement and renovation of infrastructure and the development of the site.
Profile sought
Proven experience in structural work
Technical versatility (plumbing, electricity, painting, carpentry, etc.)
Knowledge of safety standards and construction equipment
Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit
Driving licence B appreciated
