Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Ramada Resort by Wyndham, Port Vila
Reports to: General Manager & Human Resource Manager

We are seeking a professional and motivated Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the General Manager and Human Resources Department. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the General Manager and HR. ∙ Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. ∙ Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure proper record-keeping.
  • Assist with HR documentation, onboarding, and recruitment processes.
  • Handle internal communications and liaise with staff across departments. ∙ Perform other administrative tasks to support resort operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Previous hospitality or HR experience will be an advantage.
