
The Admin Supervisor to manage a small office and the admin team
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and record general ledgers, fixed asset registers, and inventory records for completeness and accuracy.
- Oversee transactions in accounts receivable and payable with accuracy.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare detailed financial statements monthly and annually.
- Prepare and file various tax documents, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Ensure payroll is processed timely and accurately in accordance with IRC and Nasfund regulation
Job Requirements
- Tertiary Qualification in Accounting,
- Previous supervisory experience. Preferably 5 years or more
- Proficiency in MYOB accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with initiative, able to multitask and stay organised
