Administration Accounts Officer/Manager:
Previous Experience required working at a resort/hotel
Customer Service, Guests Relations, Office Administration, Reservations and or Supervisor/ Management roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office administrative duties posting, entries and invoicing.
- Customer service, sales, marketing and reservations.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and reporting.
- Support and supervising staff in various departments.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Knowledge of XERO or accounting programs.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
- Must read, write and communicate in English.
