Malolo Island Fiji is an intimate family resort located in the Mamanuca group of islands. The resort comprises 46 bures, 3 dining outlets, three bars, a boutique, kids club, spa, activities and two swimming pools.

Activities Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years proven experience within a 4-5 star resort/hotel
- Be able to lead, direct and administer all land activities
- Experience in managing a team of 15-20 staff
- Experience in managing musicians and contract performers
- Experience in Event management
- Naturalist with land based interpretive skills and good knowledge of local Fijian history, and outdoor activities
- Micros or POS experience essential
- Be familiar with OHS safety standards and regulations
- Must be customer focused and respond promptly to guest needs
- Hard- worker, passionate, team player, dynamic, trustworthy and physically fit and healthy.
Marine Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years proven experience within a 4-5 star resort/hotel
- Sound knowledge of marine safety regulations and protocols
- Be able to lead, direct and administer all marine operations
- Must be experienced in managing a team of 10-15 staff
- Optimize operational efficiency and minimize risks.
- Class 6 open water boat license or similar
- Naturalist with sea and land based interpretive skills and good knowledge of local Fijian history, water sports and outdoor activities
- Micros or POS experience essential
- Be familiar with OHS safety standards and regulations
- Must possess current First Aid & Sea survival certificate
- Ensure that the department equipment is well maintained, department runs smoothly and efficiently with the aim of maximizing department profitability
- Must be customer focused and respond promptly to guest needs
- Hard- worker, passionate, team player, dynamic, trustworthy and physically fit and healthy.
