Fa & Company is seeking a detailed-oriented and diligent individual to fill the position of Accounts Clerk.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the following:
- Accounts Receivables including, client invoice processing, and reconciliations using Xero;
- Accounts Payables, including invoice and payment processing to suppliers, and reconciliations using Xero;
- Data entry for journals and ledgers;
- Updating and monitoring bank reconciliations;
- Updating and monitoring client ledgers.
- Preparation of financial statements;
- Preparation of budgets outlining expected revenues and expenses for management;
- Statutory lodgements including VAT, PAYE and FNPF;
- Payroll using Xero;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field essential.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint is preferable).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
