Fa & Company is seeking a detailed-oriented and diligent individual to fill the position of Accounts Clerk.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the following:

  • Accounts Receivables including, client invoice processing, and reconciliations using Xero;
  • Accounts Payables, including invoice and payment processing to suppliers, and reconciliations using Xero;
  • Data entry for journals and ledgers;
  • Updating and monitoring bank reconciliations;
  • Updating and monitoring client ledgers.
  • Preparation of financial statements;
  • Preparation of budgets outlining expected revenues and expenses for management;
  • Statutory lodgements including VAT, PAYE and FNPF;
  • Payroll using Xero;

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field essential.
  • Previous experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint is preferable).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
