Key Responsibilities 

Accounts Admin Duties:

  • Assist with the data entry of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Ensure banking is prepared and ready for checking and authorization by the Finance Manager.
  • Support the Finance Manager with routine clerical tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Ensure the telephone is answered promptly and courteously.
  • General office duties as required, including tasks assigned by the manager.

Position requirement

  • A tertiary level qualification in similar field.
  • Should have flexibility to work outside of normal working hours.
  • Experience in customer service role would be an added advantage.
  • Must have a clean and valid Drivers license.
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Excellent time management skills.
