Seventh Heaven Fiji is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barman to join our team.
Job Description

Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beverages and drinks

Maintain high standards of presentation and service

Ensure the bar is clean, organized and fully stocked
-
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
-
Follow responsible service and workplace safety procedures
-
Provide friendly and professional service to all guests
Qualification & Experience
-
Minimum 2+ years of experience
-
Well-versed in preparing international cocktails and beverages
-
Certificate III in Food & Beverage Service or relevant qualification
-
Good knowledge of bar operations, hygiene and food safety standards
-
Excellent customer service and communication skills
-
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Professional, friendly and reliable attitude
-
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
