Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Truck Driver to safely transport goods, materials, or equipment to designated locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for vehicle safety, timely deliveries, and compliance with traffic and company regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Transport and deliver LPG cylinders to customers or designated locations.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip.
- Load and unload cargo safely and securely.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and required documentation.
- Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.
- Comply with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Report vehicle issues, accidents, delays, or delivery concerns promptly.
- Keep the truck clean and properly maintained.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type.
- Previous truck-driving or delivery experience preferred.
- Clean driving record.
- Knowledge of road safety regulations and basic vehicle maintenance.
- Physically capable of loading and unloading cargo.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when required.
