Position: Kitchen Hand
Job Description:
- Assist with food preparation and basic cooking duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Receive and store food supplies appropriately.
- Assist the Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Carry out other kitchen duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Certificate III in Cookery (or equivalent).
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a commercial kitchen.
- Knowledge of food preparation and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
