We are now seeking suitably qualified industry professionals with outstanding knowledge, expertise, and experience of a luxury product to join our dynamic team for the following positions:

CARPENTER/JOINER

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a resort or hotel
  • Trade qualifications an advantage
  • Understanding of Safety and Environmental regulations and procedures
  • Thorough understanding of Trade positions, qualifications and responsibilities in relation to general resort maintenance works
  • Thorough understanding of work place health and safety regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels
  • Ability to provide a quality service and work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Must be reliable and trustworthy

 

ASSISTANT WATERSPORTS MANAGER

Supports the daily operation of marine and beach activities. Responsibilities include managing equipment maintenance, overseeing staff and safety protocols, driving revenue through guest activities, and operating motorized vessels.

Required skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the marine or tourism industry.
  • Highly developed leadership and management skills to oversee and direct all aspects of the Marine department including budgeting and staff rostering
  • Current boating license, Sea safety, First Aid
  • Sea and land-based skills are desirable
  • Proven ability to manage risk in open water environments
  • Experience in designing, scheduling and costing activity schedules
  • Ability to proactively sell and generate revenue
  • Strong management and communication skills
  • Friendly, co-operative and responsive attitude.
