About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping team and maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort across the resort. This role is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, leading team performance, ensuring quality standards, managing resources efficiently, and driving guest satisfaction.

You'll need to have;

• Current experience as an Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager, or similar leadership role within a hotel or resort environment.
• Minimum 5–10 years of housekeeping experience, including 2–3 years in a management role within a large hotel or resort operation (190+ rooms).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory, productivity, and cost controls.
• Hospitality Degree or Diploma preferred.
• Knowledge of Opera or a similar Property Management System is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
