Taumeasina Island Resort is Samoa’s premier 4.5-star luxury island resort, located on its own exclusive island just five minutes from the heart of Apia.

The resort features 116 keys, comprising 80 luxury hotel suites and a collection of spacious two and three-bedroom self-contained villas. Guests enjoy exceptional facilities including a lagoon-style swimming pool, multiple restaurants and bars, café, spa, fitness centre, conference and event facilities, wedding chapel, water sports, and pristine white sandy beaches—all within the privacy and security of an exclusive South Pacific island.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Food & Beverage team.

This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager who is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.

The successful applicant will have:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager.

Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or resort is highly desirable.

Experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets, conference and banqueting operations is essential.

Previous experience working in a remote island resort or South Pacific destination will be considered an advantage.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, train and develop large, culturally diverse teams.

A sound understanding of budgeting, cost control, stock management and achieving financial and operational KPIs.

Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

A strong focus on guest satisfaction, service excellence and continuous team development.

The flexibility and resilience to thrive in a busy island resort environment.

A current Police Clearance and Medical Clearance (or the ability to obtain both prior to commencement).
