We are now seeking suitably qualified industry professionals with outstanding knowledge, expertise, and experience of a luxury product to join our dynamic team for the following positions:

 

Assistant Front Office Manager

Seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee daily operations and support the team in providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional guest experience".

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:

  • Minimum 4 years’ work experience in a similar position an advantage
  • Relevant Front Office Qualifications
  • Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite and switchboard PABX systems
  • Essential experience in Front Office Opera Cloud System
  • Cashiering experience with clean proven track record
  • Excellent attention to detail and an uncompromising commitment to standards.
  • Must be customer focused and respond promptly to guests needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills on all levels
  • Excellent problem-solving, diplomacy, and multitasking abilities
  • Must be honest, reliable and have a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work flexible hours.
  • Valid Class 2 Driver license

 

Key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Manage daily front desk operations, including arrival/departure procedures, guest requests, and service recovery.
  • Lead, train, and mentor staff, providing performance feedback and setting a positive, welcoming tone.
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

 

REFRIGERATION/AIR CONDITIONING TECHNICIAN

The successful applicant will be responsible for efficiently and effectively ensuring all cooling systems are maintained and repaired where necessary.

  • Relevant trade qualifications with minimum of 5 years work experience
  • License in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning including Gas handling
  • Extensive knowledge of Fujitsu split systems and commercial refrigeration units
  • Good work ethic and must be physically fit and healthy
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels
