Plantation Island Resort is where unforgettable family memories meet genuine island hospitality. We're now looking for a hands-on, innovative, and passionate F&B Attendant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome all guests and visitors to the dining outlet by displaying your genuine “Bula Spirit”, ensuring guests are greeted immediately with eye contact and a friendly smile
- Assist with reservation or menu inquiries, listening carefully to guests’ requests or information that they share about special occasions or needs
- Promptly seat guests in their preferred area if possible, ensuring napkins are presented as applicable
- Carefully and accurately record guest orders and process these orders through POS in a timely manner, ensuring special dietary or other requirements are entered
- Ensure water and drinks orders are promptly taken and served
- Serve food orders promptly when called by the kitchen, checking the food order is correct before delivering to the table
- Monitor guests’ satisfaction during the meal, ensuring issues or complaints raised are quickly resolved
- Promptly clear used plates and utensils
About You:
- Natural talent for customer service and demonstrated Bula Spirit
- Willing to work flexible shift hours
- Understanding of food dietary requirements and allergies
- Knowledge of Responsible Service of Alcohol and food safety standards
- Attention to detail
- Previous food & beverage experience is preferred, but is not essential
