We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and solutions-focused In-House IT & Systems Support Officer to join our growing hospitality group.

This is a full-time position for someone who can manage and support the day-to-day IT operations across our restaurants, bakery, warehouse, and future venues. The role is ideal for someone experienced in hospitality systems, POS environments, networking, troubleshooting, and on-site operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily support and troubleshooting of POS systems including SwiftPOS, Windcave/EFTPOS integration, kitchen printers, waiter stations, and receipt printers.
• Menu updates, pricing updates, promotions, and keyboard programming.
• Manage floor plans, terminals, and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot networking, Wi-Fi, internet, and server issues.
• Support inventory and warehouse systems.
• Assist with reporting and database maintenance.
• Coordinate software updates and backups.
• Provide on-site staff training and technical support.
• Assist with setup of new venues and installations.
• Liaise with overseas software providers and suppliers when required.
• Ensure all systems remain operational during trading hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or retail IT support preferred.
• Knowledge of POS systems and payment integrations.
• Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to operational issues.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Driver’s licence preferred.
• Availability for occasional after-hours support when required.
