The position
The InterContinental Tahiti Resort & Spa is seeking a Receptionist (M/F) for a 6-month fixed-term contract. At the heart of guest reception, you will be the first face of our establishment, ensuring a memorable experience for every visitor.
Your main tasks will consist of:
To welcome, register and direct clients with professionalism and courtesy,
Managing arrivals and departures by ensuring rigorous and personalized follow-up,
Promote the hotel's services (spa, restaurants, activities) to optimize their occupancy.
Responding to customer requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently,
Collaborate closely with other departments (housekeeping, catering, maintenance) to ensure smooth coordination and optimal customer satisfaction.
You will also be required to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet all the needs of our international clientele.
