Bar Supervisor

As the Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering warm, attentive, and personalized service across the hotel’s bar. The ideal candidate is passionate about guest satisfaction, well-groomed, detail-oriented, and
thrives in a fast-paced environment.

A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly:

• Plan for the smooth outlet’s operation during shift.
• Ensure bar area is checked prior opening to guests and ensure all area is clean, properly equipped and in a high standard of maintenance.
• Handle guest feedback, inquiries, and comments.
• Assist in scheduling, training and providing feedback to F&B Director.
• Supervise the bar team.
• Work with an empathetic attitude.
• Ensure the prompt and efficient service.
• Knowledge on menu prices and suggesting upselling when necessary.
• Ensure all equipment of the bar is kept clean and in good working condition.

What we need from you

• Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist and being in a supervisory role for at least 2 years.
• Excellent showmanship, confidence, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of safety.
• Energetic and engaging performer.
• Highly responsible and safety-conscious.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Certified in RSA preferable.
• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2-4 years 5-start resort experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting.
