Ahura Resorts — proud owners of multi award-winning Likuliku Lagoon Resort - Fiji’s iconic luxury resort for adults only, and Malolo Island Resort, the “Real Fiji” family experience — is seeking a Reservations Supervisor & Weddings & Groups Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

 

About the Role

Based in our Reservations Department in Nadi, this pivotal position oversees the daily reservations operations for Likuliku Lagoon Resort while managing all Weddings and Group bookings across both Likuliku and Malolo Resorts.

Reporting to the Group Reservations Manager (with a dotted line to the Director of Sales & Marketing), this role ensures seamless service delivery, accuracy in booking processes, and the creation of exceptional, memorable guest experiences — from the first enquiry to arrival.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support Reservations Agents, ensuring timely, professional handling of all enquiries and bookings.
  • Oversee weddings and group enquiries, preparing contracts, event orders, and coordinating with resort operations and F&B teams.
  • Maintain 24-hour response turnaround and ensure guest information is accurately recorded and communicated.
  • Liaise with event organisers, travel partners, and internal departments to deliver flawless events and stays.
  • Support the Group Reservations and Revenue Managers with forecasting, reporting, inventory management, and staff rostering.
  • Drive up-selling opportunities and maintain strong product knowledge of all Ahura Resorts offerings.
  • Participate in site inspections, pre-event meetings, and assist on-site for major events or weddings as required.
  • Uphold Ahura Resorts’ high standards of professionalism, guest service, and health & safety compliance.

 

About You

You’ll bring a blend of operational excellence, attention to detail, and a warm Fijian-style hospitality spirit. You are highly organised, confident in managing people and processes, and thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel reservations or front office operations in a supervisory role.
  • Strong administrative, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written word attributes.
  • Experience with weddings, groups, or events
  • Working knowledge of Opera Cloud or similar PMS preferred.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest service and fostering teamwork.
