Position: Resort Manager
Location: Likuliku Lagoon Resort, Mamanuca Islands, Fiji.

Key Responsibilities:
- The Resort manager will be responsible for the holistic success of the resort, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and the consistent delivery of five-star-plus guest services.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Lead, inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing, service-driven team, maintaining high morale and operational standards.
- Direct and manage all department head and Resort operations including F&B, rooms, spa, activities, engineering, ensuring seamless teamwork and efficiency.
- Cultivate a culture of anticipatory, personalized service. Ensure every guest interaction exceeds luxury standards, fostering loyalty and five-star reviews.
- Enforce meticulous standards across all area, from landscaping and guest room presentation to culinary execution – knowing that the smallest detail defines true luxury.
- Manage budgets, optimize revenue, control costs, and contribute to long-term strategic planning to enhance the resort's market position.
- Proactively identify potential issues and possess proven capabilities in swift, discreet and effective crisis resolution, minimizing disruption and protecting the guest experience and brand reputation.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in a similar capacity (General Manager, Resort Manager, or highly relevant executive role) at a recognized luxury hotel or resort.
- A relevant Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
- Must demonstrate a track record of success in high-end, international hospitality environments.
- Leadership: Demonstrated superior leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Hospitality Acumen: Deep understanding of the subtleties and high expectations of luxury clientele and the ability to execute services that are both discreet and highly personalized.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Fijian labor laws, health & safety regulations, and local operational requirements is highly desirable.
