Position Required: AIRLINE TICKETING RESERVATION AGENT (Corporate)
Minimum Requirements:
1) Must have Cryptic knowledge on Amadeus GDS (2-3 years' experience minimum)
2) Must have work Experience
3) Prior experience with a Travel Agency Preferred
4) Persuasive Communication Style
5) Conflict resolution expertise and great attention to detail
6) Excellent Judgement skills
7) Able to Multitask and work under pressure
8) Willingness to learn and takes initiative to learn more.
9) Able to work without supervision
10) Responsible for managing business travel arrangements
11) Team Player
12) Flexible to work in Dynamic environment
13) Able to handle phone calls, emails, walk-ins
