Position: Retail Supervisor (Samoa Branch) 

 

Oceania Gas is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to lead our Samoa Branch retail operations. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an individual who is passionate about customer service, capable of driving team performance, and committed to operational excellence.

As the Retail Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and professional customer
experience, while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. You will act as a key representative of the Oceania Gas brand in Samoa, building strong relationships with local customers and ensuring that the team consistently delivers high standards of service and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a small retail team to ensure exceptional customer service and
  performance.
• Manage all aspects of store operations, including quoting, sales, stock control, and store
  presentation.
• Foster a high-performance team culture based on accountability, support, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in retail or trade environments, preferably involving technical products.
• A customer-first mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence.
• Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale processes.
• Experience in Stocktake, inventory control, and general store management.
• A current full car license is required.
