Leaders / Supervisors Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, manage shifts, handle guest concerns, ensure service standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications: Prior leadership experience preferred; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experienced Cooks Responsibilities: Prepare and plate menu items, maintain kitchen cleanliness, follow recipes and food-safety procedures.
Qualifications: Previous kitchen experience required; ability to work quickly under pressure.
Bartenders Responsibilities: Craft cocktails, pour beer/wine, maintain bar area, and deliver friendly, efficient service.
Qualifications: Customer-focused attitude; mixology experience preferred.
Baristas Responsibilities: Prepare coffee and specialty beverages, operate espresso equipment, maintain clean workstation, and engage guests.
Qualifications: Beverage experience a plus; dependable and friendly.
Waitstaff Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, handle payments, and ensure a positive dining experience.
Qualifications: Prior serving experience preferred; excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
Food Runners Responsibilities: Deliver dishes from kitchen to tables promptly and accurately, assist servers with clearing and resetting tables, ensure food presentation and temperature on delivery.
Qualifications: Fast-paced service experience preferred; ability to carry trays and navigate the dining room.
Kitchen Hands Responsibilities: Support kitchen operations with food prep, dishwashing, cleaning, stock rotation, and basic ingredient prep.
Qualifications: No formal experience required; reliable, quick learner, and able to work on your feet.
