To assist the Ministry in maintaining the required database and ensure proper record keeping/information dissemination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enter, record and maintain database of the Ministry, on a daily basis.
2. Verify data by comparing it to source documents and update the existing data accurately.
3. Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities.
4. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
5. Maintain Manual and Electronic Registry of all Issues assigned by the supervisor
6. Provide statistics and reports on request in a timely manner
7. Actively contribute to all corporate requirements of the ministry, including planning, budgeting, Human Resource activities when required
Key Performance Indicators
Performance will be measured through the following indicators:
1. Updating of data in a timely manner and providing accurate and updated data as requested
2. Ability to scrutinize incorrect data fed in the database and rectify it
3. Quality reports are provided and outcomes are actioned in a timely and effective manner
4. Active contribution to all corporate requirements of the ministry, including planning, budgeting, Human Resource activities when required
