About the Role

Reporting to the Manager, you will work as part of a team to deliver a wide range of operational and strategic support across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end HR administrative support including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, correspondence, and record maintenance.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (Pay Global) and ensure timely updates and reporting.
• Respond to employee queries, offer policy-based advice, and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Support recruitment, workforce planning, and employee matrix updates.
• Assist with risk and HR reporting, employee engagement initiatives, and program implementation.
• Follow standard operating procedures, meet SLAs, and manage workload independently under guidance from senior team members.
• Contribute to HR projects and maintain confidential employee records in line with compliance standards.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field, with at least two (2) years' experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the Fiji Employment Relations Act, OHS and other relevant legislation, procedures and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain HR processes clearly.
• Proficiency in HR systems, ideally Pay Global, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A team player with a proactive approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
