We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual as a Business Solutions Manager to be based here in Nuku’alofa, Tonga head office reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Digicel Tonga Limited. The role will be responsible for leading the Business Solution team and drive revenue growth, expand the company’s customer base, and strengthen market presence. This role will provide strategic direction, build strong client relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth.
• Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to exceed targets.
• Manage pipelines, performance, and client engagement to drive results.
• Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.
• Track market trends and competitors to stay ahead.
• Report sales performance, forecasts, and insights to leadership.

Academic qualifications, Skills & Experience required for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in a mid-to-senior sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of business trends and customer needs.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
