YOUR PROFILE
As Wedding Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing seamless, memorable wedding experiences. You’ll work closely with couples to understand their vision, coordinate vendors and venues, and ensure every detail reflects the Sofitel brand of luxury and personalized service.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Passionately liaise with guests to plan and deliver exceptional weddings and events.
- Coordinate timelines, suppliers, and on-the-day logistics.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through personalized, attentive service.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to bring each event to life.
SKILLS & GUIDELINES
- At least Form 6 level education with relevant hospitality qualifications.
- Previous experience in event management or wedding coordination, preferably in a similar sized resort.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
- Ability to work any shift pattern and flexible with work hours.
