Vacancy: Reservations Manager
Location: Wakaya Island Resort, Fiji
WakayaPrivate Island Resort& Spa, a world-renowned private island sanctuary, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Reservations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving guest bookings, optimizing revenue, and leveraging technology to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily reservations, ensuring efficient and personalized guest booking services.
- Managing all inquiries efficiently and tracking all leads, including regular follow ups.
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy.
- Utilize AI-driven tools and analytics to forecast demand, track booking trends and other optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on promotions, distribution, and partnerships.
- Optimize booking platforms and digital touch points.
- Provide accurate revenue and performance reports to management.
- Assist in guest service when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Highly motivated individual, with a desire to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation, and tech solutions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to delivering luxury service and guest satisfaction.
Bonus:
Strong knowledge of PMS, CRS, channel managers, and revenue management systems.
Ideally someone willing to commit to a long-term position.
