In this exciting dual-role, you'll be the welcoming face of our organization, supporting employees, retirees, and guests with empathy and precision. From managing travel bookings to ensuring smooth front desk operations, your work will directly contribute to our People Operational Excellence strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

Staff Travel Experience

  • Provide empathetic, top-tier service to employees, retirees, and their dependents.
  • Coordinate travel bookings and ticketing via iFly with accuracy and compliance.
  • Offer on-site support at airports during check-in, boarding, and rebooking.
  • Champion our staff travel policies and report any breaches or fraud.
  • Maintain travel records and assist with urgent duty travel requests.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare daily sales reports and monitor ticket usage.
  • Process refunds to ensure compliance with fringe benefit tax regulations.
  • Track travel-related feedback and contribute to performance insight.
  • Front Desk Operations.
  • Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and a smile.
  • Manage visitor access and maintain accurate logs.
  • Keep the front desk area tidy and escalate any safety concerns.

Administrative Support

  • Support People Operational Excellence projects and initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative assistance as needed.

What We're Looking for

  • A Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Aviation, or a related field OR at least 3 years of hands-on experience in travel coordination, customer service, or front desk operations.

Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with travel systems like iFly.
  • Experience with Amadeus Reservations Desktop (ARD).
  • Exposure to visitor management systems and front desk protocols.

Must-Haves:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • A genuine commitment to uplifting service and enhancing employee experience.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and provide airport coverage when needed.
