Vuvale Outsourcing in Suva City is looking for Experienced Customer Service/Debt Collection Contact Centre Agents to join their 50+ person team.
In Fiji, we operate a professional purpose-fitted work environment in Nabua, Suva, with local Human Resources management and transport home for evening shifts. You will be a part of the 50+ strong Vuvale team, but also part of an overall international team.
Our Australian clients specialise in the recovery of aged debts. Our team members in Fiji work alongside our clients’ internal teams based in Australia to assist customers pay off their debts.
DETAILS
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Answer inbound enquiries via telephone and email.
· Assist customers through the application process with a credit facility.
· Provide customer service to both store representatives and customers.
· Contact customers to settle debts and set up payment arrangements.
· Always maintain confidentiality and adhere to Australian policies and regulations.
· Meet KPIs and targets. Always maintain confidentiality and adhere to Australian policies and regulations.
· Build relationships with customers who have overdue accounts (1-120 days past due) and realign them to their payment schedule.
· Negotiate flexible payment arrangements when required.
· Identify customers experiencing genuine hardship and direct them to the required support.
· Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date information.
· Various other tasks identified by management.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
· Minimum 12 months of experience working in a call centre serving Australian customers.
· Experience in a Finance/Lending Company.
· Outstanding communication skills, both on the phone and by email.
· A highly enthusiastic and energetic approach.
· Able to work independently with a remote team in Australia.
· Solid computer skills.
· Experience adhering to various credit and privacy requirements.
