Great Opportunity for Operations Supervisor
Unique, authentic Fijian family-owned boutique four-star dive, snorkel and sport fishing resort (with all 5 star reviews) in the Kadavu area looking for a motivated self-starter to grow with the company Opportunity for fast growth and increased responsibilities for the right candidate. This person will directly assist our GM in daily supervision of back of house operations and quality control. Candidate must be willing to lead others, problem solve and implement resort policies.
Qualifications - A basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, generators, boat maintenance and construction tools required. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and inventory control knowledge also necessary.
Compensation - Competitive pay with large mainland resorts.
