Vodafone Vanuatu is seeking a qualified and motivated Team Leader Sales to be based in Santo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales performance, customer service, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across all retail outlets in Santo.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales and retail operations team in Santo.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and a professional customer experience.
- Drive sales targets and monitor performance across outlets.
- Maintain high standards in branding, product displays, and store presentation.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in business studies or a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and distribution of products and services.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong analytical ability.
- Ability to learn quickly and work across different business functions.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- High commitment to quality, professionalism, and customer orientation.
- Fluent in English and Bislama; basic understanding of French is an advantage.
- Availability and flexibility to work after hours when required.
